The assembly (1) has an abutment (4) supported on an implant (2) in a normal usage position by a fixation device (5) that partially traverses the abutment and the implant. The fixation device is a flexible mechanical connection authorizing the displacement of the abutment from the normal usage position to a position near to the implant and the returning of the abutment to the normal usage position. A lower surface (4A) of the abutment is separated from an upper surface (2A) of the implant by a partially compressed elastic ring (10).
