The panel (1) has a fillet (11) comprising a portion (12) extending above a part of a surface of a large surface (4) of a plate (3) made of insulating and/or structural material, and another portion (13) extending beyond longitudinal and lateral edges (5', 6') of the large surface of the plate. An initial coating (14) extends above or incorporates a part of the portion (12) of the fillet, and is situated in retreat with respect to longitudinal and lateral edges (5, 6) of the large surface of the plate other than the edges (5', 6') beyond which the portion (13) of the fillet extends. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for fabricating an insulating and/or trimming panel (2) an installation for implementing a method for fabricating an insulating and/or trimming panel.
