Low temperature bituminous coating manufacturing method for road pavement, involves pre-dosing sand, incorporating sand with its waste water content to heated and dried aggregates and injecting heated bitumen in mixture of aggregates
The method involves volumetric pre-dosing grit type aggregates entering in a composition of a roadway, and eliminating humidity from the aggregates by heating and drying the aggregates. The sand is pre-dosed, and the sand with its waste water content is incorporated with the heated and dried aggregates. A specific quantity of bitumen is pre-dosed and heated, and the heated bitumen is injected in a mixture comprising the aggregates. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a low temperature coating for a pavement.
