The tube (34) has a discharge opening (38) provided for a high-consistency material and arranged at an outlet-sided end (36) of the tube. A sensor part (40) e.g. pH-sensor, is arranged in an area of the outlet-sided end and responds to the presence or absence of the high-consistency material, where the sensor part is arranged at a defined distance from the opening. A controlling device responds to output signals of the sensor part under activation of lifting and lowering movement of the end tube, where the sensor part has an electrical conductor that is embedded into the material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a stationary or movable high-consistency pump comprising an end tube (2) a method for movement controlling of an end tube provided with an opening for discharge of a high-consistency material.
