The blind has solar elements (10) arranged on an exterior side of a window blind for transformation of a solar energy into an electrical energy that is used for operation of a Peltier element (7) attached on the window blind. Cold produced due to the current flow of the Peltier element is supplied over cooling fins (6) for cooling the exterior side of the window blind of turned away area. The cooling fins are arranged at the window blind. Lamellas are held at an upper boundary region of a window at a mounting frame (1), where the window is surrounded by an assembly carrier (5).
