The body has a polymer wall (1), and a hollow space (2) sectionally filled with a polymer material and limited by the wall. The polymer material has a screw spiral-shaped contour (3), which lies at an inner side of the wall that has circular cross section. The polymer material is foamed and consists of foamed soft or hard-PVC and/or styrol foam. The contour has an appropriate spiral strand with circular cross section, where the strand diameter (d) is larger more than half like the inner diameter (D) of the wall. The contour is connected with the inner side of the wall.
