Winding device i.e. center winder, for winding e.g. paper, has winding shafts supported on arms, where vertical positions of rotational axis of roller and rotational axis of shafts with larger winding diameter are not changed
The device has winding shafts (13, 14) rotatably supported on a length variable, engine-rotatable pivoting arms (11, 12) with a common pivoting axis. The pivoting axis is displaceably formed during change of a distance to a rotational axis of an attachment roller (18). Vertical positions of the rotational axis of the attachment roller and a rotational axis of the winding shafts with larger winding diameter to be coiled, are not changed during a winding process. The roller is perpendicularly arranged below the winding shafts provided in an initial winding position.
