The perfusion bioreactor for the production and/or cultivation of human or animal tissues or tissue equivalents, where the production is base on a construct cultivated in the interior, comprises a cover (1), an inlet (2) and outlet (3) for a fluid nutrient medium. The inlet is connected with a unit for producing a perfusion pressure of the nutrient medium. The interior contour of the interior area corresponds to 100% of the surface of the external contour of the tissue to be produced or tissue equavalents. The interior contour of the bioreactor is produced through covering of scaffold (4). The perfusion bioreactor for the production and/or cultivation of human or animal tissues or tissue equivalents, where the production is base on a construct cultivated in the interior, comprises a cover (1), an inlet (2) and outlet (3) for a fluid nutrient medium. The inlet is connected with a unit for producing a perfusion pressure of the nutrient medium. The interior contour of the interior area corresponds to 100% of the surface of the external contour of the tissue to be produced or tissue equivalents. The interior contour of the bioreactor is produced through covering of scaffold (4). The scaffold is formed after the defect. The construct subjected in the interior area is flow throughable by the nutrient medium. The interior area is divided into two compartments that are disposed over self through-flow circuit and are subdivided through detachable or non-detachable separation wall. The bioreactor consists of reabsorbing or not reabsorbing hollow fiber system, guiding system or scaffold structure. The distribution of the culture medium is carried out for tissue to be produced, tissue equivalents over scaffold, guiding system, hollow fiber system or by blood vessel structures produced by tissue engineering, primarily through the perfusion and secondarily through rewinding. The bioreactor is operated as a unit in connection with a self-regulatory pulsating perfusion system. A part segment consists of 50% of elastic materials. The physical pressure regime, which is producible in the interior area, corresponds to the physical pressure regime, which influences under normal or pathological conditions in the living human or animal organism on the produced tissues, tissue equivalents, blood vessels or blood vessel networks. The value of the elasticity of the material of the part segment is adjusted so that the extension of the tissue and/or tissue equivalents together with the flexibility of the cover through the perfusion pressure produced in the interior corresponds to the physiological or pathological values of the tissue compliance of the tissue to be produced. A soft-tissue or soft tissue equivalents are produced by the bioreactor. The production of the tissue equivalents is carried out through filling the hollow area with a reabsorbing carrier material that is presettled with human or animal cells such as mesenschymal precursor cells and/or endothelial cells. The particle (7) and/or endothelial cells are admitted in a fibrin matrix. A visibility disk is subjected for optical or functional monitoring directly in the elastic cover. The bioreactor is designed for unique use. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for the production of bioreactor; (2) a method for the production of reabsorbing temporarily hollow fiber system from a mixture of reabsorbable, biocompatible materials for the provision of the cultivated tissue with oxygen and nutrient in bioreactor; (3) a hollow fiber system; and (4) a method for the production of artificial blood vessel system by tissue engineering.
