Blind baking loading unit for producing blind baking dough in domestic applications, has circular disc, extension rings and stabilization ring for non-reversible assembling within standard round baking pan
The unit has a central circular base loading unit including two extension rings for a standard round baking pan that includes diameters between 200 millimeters and 280 millimeters, and made of different materials. A perforated circular disc and a perforated opened stabilization ring for retaining the form of an elevated dough side part of the unit are provided. The circular disc, the extension rings and the stabilization ring are provided for non-reversible assembling within the standard round baking pan.
