The mechanism has a double decker coach (1) exhibiting lower and upper doors (7, 8) on both planes (5, 6). Lower and upper train platforms (9, 10) are arranged on two levels at railway stations. The train platforms are provided in a same level with the planes of the double decker coach. A limiting wall with platform doors (12) is arranged at the platform edge of the upper platform. The limiting wall is attached to the upper door of the double decker coach. Stairs are not provided between the planes in the double decker coach.
