The generator has unbalanced shafts (3, 4, 5) including steering unbalanced masses (6, 7, 8). A central point of a circular path of a rotatable balanced point of the unbalanced masses (6, 8) is not arranged in vertical planes that are directed in a motion direction (X). The unbalanced masses (6, 8) are provided on the steering unbalanced shafts (3, 5). A phase angle of the respective unbalanced masses of the steering unbalanced shafts is adjusted by a phase adjusting device (11). The rotating axes of the steering unbalanced shaft are not aligned to each other.
