The device has a guidance (1) provided for a boring tool, and for attaching at bones, where the tool is utilized for producing a hollow space. The tool exhibits passages for several wire shaped strands to be driven into bones. The strands engage behind the guidance with bendable end sections on a side that is turned away from the bones under form-fit connection of the guidance with the bones. The guidance exhibits a form of a sleeve for guiding the boring tool. The guidance is inserted on a core element.
