The collector (1) has a solar collector provided at a facade of a building i.e. multi-story apartment building, for heat generation, where the collector is adjusted around a rotary point (2) of a position of sun by an adjusting device (3). A photo-voltaic module is provided at the facade of the building for power generation, where the collector is implemented in a fixed tilt angle, in a periodically changeable tilt angle, or in a continuously tilt angle controlled by a computer-assisted automatic tracker. The power is need for tracking of the collector, and for operation of a pump.
