The structure has an electrical connection, and a photovoltaic effective particles and/or grains connected with an electrically conductive plastic e.g. polymer and/or thermoplastic. The particles and/or grains include a particle size of smaller than 9 nano meters to 79 nano meters. The particles and/or grains are doped with a positive charge or a negative charge, and are mixed with same charge polarity. The particles and/or grains are covered by the plastic, and are compressed together with a foil, where the plastic is formed as a foil-like carrier. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing of a photovoltaic solar cell.
