Cutting machine for cutting e.g. cheese truckle, into slice, has support, where longitudinal axis of support in working position with plane exhibits setting angle, which is different from specific degrees
The machine has a cutting head (12) with a cutting blade movable in a cutting plane (16) and a product support (20) for a product (18) e.g. cheese truckle, to be cut. A feed device e.g. friction drive, feeds the product towards the head. A longitudinal axis of the support in a working position with the plane exhibits a setting angle, which is different from 90 degrees. A pressing unit (44) attaches the product against an upper side of the support. Linear feed components e.g. clamping unit (90), stepper motor (94) and gear (96), are fixedly connected with the product by clamping devices.
