Cement-bound brick producing method for construction of house, involves producing mixture consisting of particles, hydraulically hardened cement and volume of water, pressing mixture into mold, and hardening pressed mixture
The method involves producing a mixture consisting of particles with porous calcium-silicate-hydrate-matrix, hydraulically hardened cement and a volume of water that is adequate for saturation of suction capacity of the particles and for hydration of the cement. The mixture is pressed into a mold under a pressure of 3 to 25 Newton/millimeter square, and the pressed mixture is allowed to harden, where the mixture exhibits an effective water-cement-ratio of 0.35 to 0.60. The mixture is exposed with a vibration of 30 to 200 hertz during pressing. An independent claim is also included for a cement-bound brick with a microstructure of particles bound in a hydraulically hardened cement matrix.
