Process for determination of load on truck hydraulic lifting device with vertically moveable load carrying unit and pump speed recording device useful in hydraulic load lifting technology is simple and cost effective
Process for determination of the load on a truck hydraulic lifting device with a vertically moveable load carrying unit, which works in conjunction with a hydraulic lifting cylinder (7) connected to a pressure distribution unit (6) and a pump (2) which can be driven by a motor (3). A speed recording device records the pump speed. The process involves:recording of the pump speed changes on raising or lowering the load via a computer, determination of the load acceleration via the computer and the load weight or hydraulic pressure from the load acceleration and the stored load-weight dependent characteristics of the speed changes via the computer. An independent claim is included for a truck hydraulic lifting device including sensors and asynchronous motor for driving the pump, and a battery.
