The insert has an attachment area (11) connected with a side of a blank part (2) that lies opposite to another blank part (3) by a folding line (10). The area is folded along the line on the part (2) and attached to the part (3) at another folding line (6), such that a space for receiving a sliding part (13) is formed. The part (13) is movably arranged in the space in a direction of the lines. The parts (2, 3) are folded at a third folding line (12) on a third blank part (4). The part (2) includes a slot (7) for admitting an advertising unit (15) during sliding of the sliding part. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an insert.
