The tap connection useful in a table water dispenser, a gallone system, a fresh juice dispenser, a water cooler, a tap or a showering head, comprises an outlet (12) for a liquid (14), a UV-C-radiation source (16) arranged on or at or in directly proximity to an external wall (18) of the outlet, and a membrane filter arranged in an outlet end (26) or in a mounting plate. The outlet in the area of a liquid outlet (20) is irradiated from the outside in order to avoid a back formation at the outlet. The UV-C-radiations are radiated on the liquid outlet, and on the edge of liquid outlet. The tap connection useful in a table water dispenser, a gallone system, a fresh juice dispenser, a water cooler, a tap or a showering head, comprises an outlet (12) for a liquid (14), a UV-C-radiation source (16) arranged on or at or in directly proximity to an external wall (18) of the outlet, and a membrane filter arranged in an outlet end (26) or in a mounting plate. The outlet in the area of a liquid outlet (20) is irradiated from the outside in order to avoid a back formation at the outlet. The UV-C-radiations are radiated on the liquid outlet, on the edge of liquid outlet and on the external wall of the outlet end. The radiation source is attached in battery-operated manner or to an external power source. The radiation source is intermittently or continuously operable in a given time by a control unit. The wavelength of the radiations sent by the radiation source is 254 nm or 185 nm and is changed by the control unit. The radiation source is arranged in the mounting plate, which is movably attached at or on the outlet. The mounting plate has a reflector, which guides the radiation on the surface to be irradiated. The mounting plate in form of a sleeve is coupled to the outlet, which is integrated in the tap connection in a non-visible manner. The radiation source is arranged at 2mm away from the surface to be irradiated.
