Aqueous polyurethane- and/or polyurethane urea-dispersion based on (a) di- or high-functional polyol component with a molecular weight of 400-5000 g/mol, (b) optionally di- or high functional polyol component with a molecular weight of 62-399, (c) one or more di- or polyisocyanate components and (d) ionic group containing mixture made of primary and/or secondary monoamino and/or diamino compound, where the average amino functionality of the component (d) is 1.65-1.95, is claimed. Aqueous polyurethane- and/or polyurethane urea-dispersion based on (a) di- or high-functional polyol component with a molecular weight of 400-5000 g/mol, (b) optionally di- or high functional polyol component with a molecular weight of 62-399, (c) one or more di- or polyisocyanate components and (d) ionic group containing a mixture made of primary and/or secondary monoamino and/or diamino compound, where the average amino functionality of the component (d) is 1.65-1.95 and the equivalent ratio of isocyanate (NCO) groups in the NCO-prepolymer to the total quantity of the counter isocyanate reactive amino- and hydroxyl group of the component (d) is 1.04-1.9, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparation of aqueous polyurethane- and/or polyurethane urea-dispersion, comprising reacting the components of (a)-(c) to give isocyanate functional prepolymer and subsequently chain elongating with the component (d); (2) an adhesive compound comprising a substrate adhered with the polyurethane- and/or polyurethane urea-dispersion; and (3) a thermo activated adhesive film, obtained by evaporating or removing water from aqueous polyurethane- and/or polyurethane urea-dispersion.
