Textile laminate for strip material of diaper e.g. baby diaper, fastener, has elastic support layer, and non-woven covering layer arranged on support layer, where support layer has support non-woven from thermoplastic elastomer
The laminate (1) has an elastic support layer (2), and a non-woven covering layer (3) arranged on the layer (2), where the layer (3) is made from non-woven (6). The rigidity and expansion-characteristics of the support and covering layers are measured, such that the laminate is overexpandable in a transverse direction and the non-woven is partially teared during the overexpansion for forming a fleecy and voluminous surface. The layer (2) has a support non-woven (4) from thermoplastic elastomer, where the support non-woven is a randomly oriented fiber-non woven or spinning non-woven. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a textile strip material comprising a textile laminate (2) a diaper fastener comprising a textile strip material (3) a continuous method for manufacturing a laminate.
