The method for analytic measurement of a sample material e.g. sturgeon-species for receiving images of the sample material through electromagnetic radiation by a fluorescence microscope, comprises arranging the sample material within a sample chamber (12), reducing the concentration of the sturgeon-species within the sample chamber, seizing measured values, and activating an activatable material, which interacts with the substitute of the sturgeon-species, so that the concentration of the sturgeon-species decreases. The activatable material is distributedly provided in a carrier material. The method for analytic measurement of a sample material e.g. sturgeon-species for receiving images of the sample material through electromagnetic radiation by a fluorescence microscope, comprises arranging the sample material within a sample chamber (12), reducing the concentration of the sturgeon-species within the sample chamber, seizing measured values, and activating an activatable material, which interacts with the substitute of the sturgeon-species, so that the concentration of the sturgeon-species decreases. The activatable material is distributedly provided in a carrier material, is introduced into the sample chamber before or during the seizing step, is conveyed in the flow through the sample chamber and acts as oxygen- scavengers after its activation. The activation of the activatable material is carried out by electromagnetic radiation, applying a stress, producing a magnetic field, adjusting a temperature, adjusting a pH-value or by supplying activation reagent and by UV-C-light. A parameter of the prevailing conditions in the sample chamber is seized by a reference material. The oxygen concentration is seized within the sample chamber. An independent claim is included for a sample support system for analytic measurement of a sample material for receiving images of the sample material through electromagnetic radiation by a fluorescence microscope.
