Vibration measurement method for heat exchanger i.e. straight pipe heat exchanger, in synthesis gas plant in petrochemical industry, involves determining vibration using acceleration sensor based on piezoelement
The method involves determining vibration using an acceleration sensor (1) based on a piezoelement, where the acceleration sensor includes a wiring (2) and is placed in inside of a tube (4). Data for acceleration in two different orthogonal directions perpendicular to a pipe axis and highly integrated oscillation amplitude are obtained in real time using the acceleration sensor. The wiring is provided for data communication and is connected with a data evaluation circuit (7). An independent claim is also included for a device for vibration measurement.
