The structure has a fiber reinforced ultra high firm concrete (1) and a set of concrete reinforcement elements of a high tensile strength material. The concrete is pourable by addition of fiber and exhibits blocking free and sedimentationless characteristics. The concrete reinforcement elements exhibit small thickness with respect to length of edges (22), where holes with bulged perforation are inserted in the elements. A hole spacing, hole diameter, and bulging height are based on fiber content, length of the fiber, and geometrical dimension of a component.
