The method involves feeding glass fibers (40) as continuous fibers to an extruder (28) i.e. two-screw extruder. Thermoplastic (25) i.e. polypropylene-polymer, is mixed with fiber-filled polymer melt. The polymer melt is extruded by a nozzle (29) and formed at laminar polymer melt-paths. The polymer melt-paths are merged in warmth with band-like and laminar structure by forming a sandwich structure. The sandwich structure is pressed in warmth to an end product forming a laminar structure component.
