Movement for mechanical timepiece, has differential gear assuring kinematic connection between finishing gear-train and escapements i.e. tourbillons, of time base, where upper and lower wheels respectively interlock escapements
The movement has a finishing gear-train i.e. medium sized wheel, driven by a barrel. A differential gear (13) assures kinematic connection between the gear-train and escapements i.e. tourbillons (28, 29), of a time base. A pinion (12) is gripped with the gear-train and integrated to a vertical arbor (14). A planet pinion (21) is carried by the arbor. Two identical upper and lower wheels (22) are pivotably mounted on the arbor on both sides of the pinion (21), where each wheel is equipped with a pinion (23). The wheels (22) respectively interlock the escapements.
