The proposal relates to the technology of penetration wells on the shelf for various purposes: fishing, exploration for substructures. Technical complex comprises a flotation device, preferably in the form of a catamaran 1 (or - tri) lowering and lifting equipment 2, the armature 3 for the stabilization of the catamaran in the water area, bottom preventer 4 with a protective dome 5, the system energy equipment 6 preventer operating shaft 7 and the sealing units 8. Catamaran connected to the trunk pipe 7-chuck 9 having elastically compliant insert 10 to compensate for the disturbance. Drilling equipment configured of multiple (at least four) autonomous mobile apparatus, in which structure there is a drilling machine 11, the machine with a backup fuel - 12, the apparatus 13 for collecting sludge and the unit 14 for extracting from the wellbore devices discussed above. Under the dome 5 there is a supply of devices for well sinking; access to the cavity of the dome through the hatches 15. This equipment allows you to work without the use of heavy platforms, with a decrease in the tunneling costs. IL. 4; forms. 5P.
