FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: spokes are passed through a spoke bone, where a distal support is mounted on the spokes. A proximal support for the apparatus is put on the said spokes. Slant osteotomy is done in the region of coalescent fragments of the ulnar bone. Intraosseous threaded rods are put into the formed fragments, perpendicular each fragment. The rods are put on removable support arms, mounted on an Ilizarov frame. A spoke with a support platform is put through the upper third of the spoke bone, in the ulnar direction, and is fixed in a distraction rod. Shortening of the ulnar bone is eliminated and the interosseous membrane is pulled due to formation of an arched distraction regenerate. At the same time gradual reduction of dislocation of the head of radius is done using the spoke with a support platform.;EFFECT: correction of bone deformation with subsequent lengthening, reduction of proneness to injury, cutting on duration of treatment.;2 dwg
