FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine indications for personalised ablation following myopia, hypermetropia and astigmatism correction by LASIK method. Repeated operation is preceded with measuring the high-orders induced aberrations. In case root-mean-square of wave front caused by high-orders aberration (RMSHO) exceeds 1.4 mcm, and cornea thickness after estimate of the reoperation regimen provided removal of both high-orders and remained low-orders induced aberrations, makes at least 300 mcm, all aberrations are removed. If RMSHO exceeds 1.4 mcm, and cornea thickness after estimate of the reoperation regimen provided removal of all aberrations, makes at least 300 mcm, the high-orders induced aberrations are removed, while correction of residual defocus and astigmatism is performed in such a way to ensure residual cornea thickness at least 300 mcm. If RMSHO is more than 1.4 mcm and measured cornea thickness after the first operation is less than 330 mcm, the high-orders induced aberrations only are corrected to provide residual thickness after repeated operation not less than 300 mcm.;EFFECT: possibility for myopia, hypermetropia and astigmatism correction with consideration of the high-orders induced aberrations and for the low-orders residual aberrations correction in accordance with cornea thickness.;3 ex
