FIELD: instrument engineering.;SUBSTANCE: use: for simultaneous definition of oil and water quantity in test sample of oilseeds conversion product - mill cake or oil cake. Essence of invention: the mass of analysed test sample (Psample) is defined with inaccuracy of 0.01 g. Then it is put into special test tube and placed into sensor of NMR analyser signals. NMR signal, proportional to oil and water total number in test sample ("Асис"), and signal proportional to oil amount in test sample ("Аом"), is registered. The value of signal proportional to water amount in test sample (A1w) is calculated.
