FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the field of medicine, namely, to surgery and may be employed in Lung surgery. According to this method visual inspection of postoperative condition of the stump of the bronchus is conducted with the fiberoptic bronchoscope introduced through nasopharynx into the resection site after the excision. Whereat flexile light guide is inserted into the biopsy channel of the fiberoptic bronchoscope until its distal end reaches analysed part of the bronchus stump. The second end of the light guide is switched to photometric transducer, receiving reflected from the bronchus stump light flow, modulated by the pulse volume of the site under analyses. Presence and value of the pulse compound of blood filling makes it possible to judge over postoperative strength of the suture. According to the present method light guide is delivered to medial, median and lateral parts of the analysed parts of the bronchus stump, value of the pulse compound of blood filling is measured, and based on decrease of the blood flow pulsation in the medial and median parts of the stump compared to its lateral part probability forecast of the site of the possible postoperative suture failure is made.;EFFECT: use of the present invention will enable increasing accuracy and timing of the detection of functional state of postoperative suture in pneumonectomy, forecasting process of postoperative rehabilitation in early postoperative period and choosing adequate therapeutic activities.;2 cl
