FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.;SUBSTANCE: laser iridectomy is applied. Primarily iris is exposed within the region relative to umbrella iris in the distance 1.0-1.5 mm to the centre from cross point of cornea posterior surface and iris anterior surface at perpendicular from this point, herewith blind hole is formed by 0.5 of iris thickness. For this purpose, YAG laser radiation is applied at wave length 1064 nm with pulse energy within 1.1 to 1.3 mJ and exposure length 15 ns. Number of pulses is 1 to 3. Thereafter walls of blind hole are coagulated by using YAG laser radiation with frequency doubling at wave length 532 nm and power 500 to 550 mW. Exposure length is 1.2 to 1.5 sec; focal spot diameter is 50 mcm, with number of pulses 2 to 4. Furthermore, preformed blind hole is deepened with using Nd:YAG laser radiation at wave length 1064 nm and power 1.1 to 1.3 mJ. Herewith exposure length is 15 ns, and number of pulses is 3 to 4. In 1-2 days natural crystalline lens is phacoemulsified through valvular tunnel incision in transparent part of cornea with opening anterior chamber spaced 1.5 mm from transparent part of limb.;EFFECT: lower injury from laser intervention, prevention of operational and postoperative complications.;2 ex
