Mobile site, including:! a first communication interface for connecting to a first type of network; ! a second communication interface for connecting to a second type of network; and! a processor capable of connecting the mobile node to the first type of network via the first communication interface, while the processor is capable of maintaining the second communication interface in the off state,! while the processor is capable of monitoring position information representing an area within which the mobile node is located at a given time,! while the processor is capable of determining whether the mobile node is currently located in the area associated with the second type of network based on monitoring the position information,! however, if the mobile node is currently located in an area associated with the second type of network, the processor is capable of turning on the second communication interface and performing handover of the mobile node from the first type of network to the second type of network through the second communication interface, and the transfer of service includes connection of the mobile node to the second type of network. ! 2. The mobile node according to claim 1, further including:! a memory capable of storing an access database including at least one area associated with a second type of network! where the processor is capable of determining whether the mobile node is currently located in an area associated with a second type of network based on an access database and an area represented by location information. ! 3.
