PURPOSE: A method for implementing a wiretapping function by using a call mixer function in a next-generation network is provided to enable wiretapping in a voice packet transmission network. CONSTITUTION: While a subscriber(A) and a subscriber(B) make call communication with each other, a wiretapping server transmits a wiretapping request signal to an SSW(Soft SWitch)(S210). The SSW transmits a signal requesting a phone number to the wiretapping server(S211). The wiretapping server transmits a phone number of the subscriber(A) to the SSW(S212). The SSW transmits a response signal(S213) and determines a destination NMGW1(Network Media GateWay)(S214). The SSW transmits a signal requesting addition of new RTP(Routing Table Protocol) termination to the context of the subscriber(A)(S215). The NMGW1 adds the new RTP termination(S216) and transmits a response signal to the SSW(S217). The SSW transmits a signal requesting the generation of a new context and addition of RTP termination and TDM(Time Division Modulation) termination to the new context(S218). The wiretapping server performs as requested(S219) and transmits a response signal to the SSW(S220). When the SSW checks that the terminal of the subscriber(A) is in an off-hook state, it transmits a signal requesting the change of the state of the second RTP termination to a sendreceive state from receiveonly to the NMGW1(S221). The NMGW1 performs as requested(S222) and transmits a response signal to the SSW(S223), and accordingly, a speech path is established between the NMGW1 and the wiretapping server(S224). The SSW transmits a signal requesting the connection of the context of the subscriber(A) with a call mixer to the NMGW1(S225). The NMGW1 performs as requested(S226) and transmits a response signal to the SSW(S227). A data packet transmitted from the terminal of the subscriber(A) is transferred to the wiretapping server and an NMGW2(S228) and an operator of the wiretapping server starts wiretapping for the subscriber(A)(S229).
