A method for manufacturing a disposal food container is provided to keep crystallization of products firmly, to produce products which is not easily damaged, and to extend the lifetime of products. A method for manufacturing a disposal food container using an inorganic filling extender comprises the steps of: mixing silicon dioxide, polypropylene, polyethylene, stearic acid glycerol ester and additives functioning as an adhesive agent; injecting the mixture in an extruder, repeating melting and fusion, and extruding the fused mixture; cooling the extruded raw material in cooling water passing through a cooling bath of 15~30 °C for 15~20 seconds and cutting it in the form of granulation; injecting the cut silica resin pellet in a sheet extruder, dissolving it to form a gel, and passing between rollers to make sheet; and molding the sheet through a vacuum compression molder to manufacture various food containers.
