A static loading apparatus for pile load test with a removable forcing device and a method thereof are provided to remove and collect a part of a withdrawal guide pipe from a concrete pile, thereby reducing the pile construction cost for load test. A static loading apparatus for pile load test with a removable forcing device comprises upper and lower reinforcing bar structures(7,8) in which a plurality of reinforcing bars are bound together in a cylinder shape, and a supporting force measuring device(11). The upper and lower reinforcing bar structures are successively inserted and set up in a bore(10) which is excavated vertically on the ground together with a tremie(9) for concrete input. The upper and lower reinforcing bar structures are different in length. The supporting force measuring device includes an upper plate(111) welded to the bottom of the upper reinforcing bar structure, a cylindrical body(113) which is vertically welded to the edge of the bottom of the upper plate, and a lower plate(112) welded to the top of the lower reinforcing bar structure. A plurality of forcers(115) made up of load cells and cylinders are installed at regular intervals on the inner edge of the cylindrical body. The supporting force measuring device measures the supporting force of a pile by applying a vertical load to the upper and lower reinforcing bar structures.
