A drainage for ecology protection is provided to prevent water leakage generated in an assembly part of flaggy materials by assembling each panel through connection pieces. A drainage for ecology protection comprises a plurality of floor panels(10), a plurality of side wall panels(20,30), and a connection piece(14). The cross sections of the floor panels are contacted with each other. A plurality of floor panels is formed in a square shape. The side wall panel is contacted with both sides or upper sides which are adjacent to the both sides. The cross sections of the side wall panels are formed in a square shape. The connection piece connects each panel at the parts in which the floor panels are contacted with each other and the side wall panels are contacted with each other and the floor panel and the side wall panel are contacted.
