A control method of semi-active suspension system using a motion equation of a full-car model and low-pass and high-pass filters is provided to estimate an absolute speed of the car by using a motion equation of a full-car model and low-pass and high-pass filters for controlling a skyhook. A control method of semi-active suspension system using an equation of motion of a full-car model, the method includes the steps of: setting a car model for controlling a semi-active suspension system to a full car model including movement of mass of vehicle body and movement of mass of car axle matching the condition of real car; installing a variable damper having a relative displacement sensor between each mass of car body and mass of car axle of the full car model; calculating an absolute acceleration speed of the mass of car body, an absolute acceleration speed of pitch motion and an absolute acceleration speed of rolling motion by using a motion equation, and estimating an absolute speed of the mass of car body, an absolute speed of pitch motion and an absolute speed of rolling motion by using an integrator and a high frequency-pass filter for correcting errors occurring during integration; and deriving the absolute speed signal of the mass of car body, absolute speed signal of pitch motion and absolute speed signal of rolling motion to an absolute speed for four corners of the full car model.
