A method of manufacturing a natural zeolite molded body is provided to have an excellent adsorption capability to ammoniacal nitrogen(NH3-N), to denitrify using no additional carbon sources when waste water is treated by adsorbing and removing the ammoniacal nitrogen in the waste water using the natural zeolite molded body. A method of manufacturing a natural zeolite molded body comprises steps of: manufacturing a mixture of a binder and zeolite powder by mixing the natural zeolite powder and a methylcellulose binder at a weight ratio of 4:1~3:2; plasticizing the shaped zeolite moldings; and drying the shaped zeolite moldings. An inorganic binder and a hardener are mixed additionally in the mixture of the methylcellulose binder and the natural zeolite powder.
