A super size artificial marble chip is provided to form beautiful and big patterns due to huge particle diameter and to be applicable to thin molding products by being manufactured with the flake. A super size artificial marble chip is manufactured by the steps of: mixing a resin syrup composition 100.0 parts by weight, hardener 0.1~5 parts by weight selected from di(4-tertiary-butyl cyclohexyl)peroxy dicarbonate or tertiary-butyl peroxy-2-ethyl hexanoate, pigment 0.00001~1 parts by weight, UV stabilizer 0.1~5 parts by weight and cross-linking agent 0.1~10 parts by weight; and crushing the flake hardened to 0.5~5 mm thickness so as to become the diameter of 10~50mm. The resin syrup composition comprises unsaturated polyester resin 20~50 weight%, bromized epoxyacrylate resin 30~70 weight% and inorganic additive 10~30 weight% selected from aluminium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, or their mixture.
