How to guarantee the anonymity of the wireless LAN system and user for the user's anonymity guarantee is provided. Infrastructure networks ensure this anonymity in a wireless LAN system, any method of N (where N is an integer of 2 or more) corresponding to a unique MAC address added to the access or authentication request message transmitted from the wireless terminal in a wireless access node, of generating a temporary address set consisting of the temporary address, the method comprising: in a wireless access node using a temporary address set encrypted encryption key is created upon authentication of the wireless terminal, and transmitting the encrypted temporary address set to the wireless terminal, and a temporary using a temporary address randomly selected from a set of addresses as the source address or the destination address comprises a data packet transmission method comprising: performing a data packet transmitted between the wireless terminal and the wireless access node. Accordingly, because the MAC address is not exposed to the packet data transmission procedure between the wireless terminal and the wireless access node user's anonymity is ensured so that it is possible to increase the security of the system.
