PURPOSE: dual band VCO is using composite right/left-handed transmission line and adjustable complexity and size of the negative resistance based on pin diodes, for improving circuit. ;CONSTITUTION: dual band VCO, which is based on pin diodes using composite right/left-handed transmission line and adjustable negative resistance, can be designed to have -90& deg phase responses; F1 and -270& deg; ( +90° ) f2.
