PURPOSE: A method for managing a call taxi, a call taxi terminal and a program recording medium are provided to solve various disputes occurring while using a call tax.;CONSTITUTION: Call tax approval information is received from a call taxi management server(195), and a call taxi meter cyclometer(170) confirms whether a fee is calculated or no. If the cyclometer is operated, call return information is transmitted to the call taxi management server. If the cyclometer is not operated, client boarding information is transmitted to a call taxi management server and checks whether or not the call taxi cyclometer is terminated.
