PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a gravure thermal printing hologram film using a gravure printing roll and the gravure thermal printing hologram film thereof are provided to definitely print a design and a shape on an object with a smooth surface, thereby improving an attach feature of a design and a shape with an original film.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a gravure thermal printing hologram film using a gravure printing roll comprises the following steps. A hetero processing material is applied on an original film. Primer is applied on the applied surface. A hologram with a predetermined shape is engraved after a hologram processing material is applied on the original film on which the primer is applied. A design or a shape is printed on the original film by using water or oil ink. Aluminium is deposited on the design or shape part of the original film and the film is washed.
