摘要

PURPOSE: An enlargement device of HCl reclaiming efficiency in a waste acid regeneration plant using a cooling circulation system is provided to increase absorption efficiency of reproductive hydrochloric acid by absorbing remaining air pollution materials.;CONSTITUTION: A waste acid regeneration plant includes a blower, a furnace, a concentration facility, a vapor-liquid separating tank, an absorption recycling facility(40), an absorption washing tower(50), and a heat exchanger. The blower adjusts gas pressure of the whole processes. The furnace hydrolyzes waste acid to hydrogen chloride gas and oxidized steel powder. The concentration facility concentrates the hydrochloric acid waste after removing dust discharged from the furnace. The vapor-liquid separating tank supplies the waste acid and exhaust gas to a waste acid circulation pipe and the absorption recycling facility. The absorption washing tower absorbs hydrogen chloride gas. The heat exchanger cools cleaning waster supplied to the absorption washing tower absorbs and the absorption recycling facility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
