A program for searching Chinese character information, and an information search program for the description of Chinese sentences and Chinese characters are provided to enable a user to learn Chinese characters by using an information search program in a cellular phone. Chinese character search information is a program stored at a database before converting Chinese characters into Korean characters in order for a user to recognize the Chinese character search information through a computer or a cellular phone. When the user clicks one Chinese character, the correspondent Chinese character is searched. Before using the Chinese characters, the user clicks the Chinese character once again. The sentence including the Chinese character is described.
