One device and a kind of method are provided to for manufacturing magnetic nanoparticle coated with graphite by using metallocene-xylene solution laser ablation and are effectively protected magnetic nanoparticle from external environment. A kind of method includes the following steps: for manufacturing magnetic nanoparticle coated with graphite: disappear the molten metallocene in an organic solvent, is the carbon power supply in order to prepare a solution; A laser is irradiated to solution, so that the metallic atom being isolated with metallocene sticks together with the carbon atoms being isolated with organic solvent; Carbon atoms are extracted on the surface of metal particles and to the coating graphite on metal particles. Metallocene represents ferrocene, dicyclopentadienyl nickel or cobaltocene.
