A method for increasing enzyme activity of adenosine deaminase(ADD) to 2,6-diaminopurine-2'-deoxyriboside(dDAPR) is provided to increase the enzyme activity using human derived ADD and produce deoxyguanosine with high yield. A nucleotide coding human adenosine deaminase is denoted by the sequence number 3. A transformed strain is produced by transforming the nucleotide of the sequence number 3 in E.coli BL21 strain. A method for producing dGR from the dDAPR comprises: a step of transforming the nucleotide in E.coli BL21 strain and culturing the transformed strain; and a step of converting dDAPR with dGR using adenosine deaminase from medium.
