A setting system for BTS(Base Transceiver Station) information of a femtocell BTS, and a femtocell BTS applied to the same are provided to operate with the power that a user only applies without the interference with a previous outdoor BTS. According to the application of power, a frequency detection unit(100) measures the power for each FA(Frequency Allocation) which flows into a house. The frequency detection unit detects a certain frequency region as a central frequency by comparing the measured power value with a setting value. According to the power value of the measured central frequency, a code detection unit(200) selects a specific code group among plural code groups. In addition, the code detection unit detects a scrambling code which belongs to the certain code group.
