A conduction laser welding apparatus of an aluminum blank is provided to perform conductive welding of aluminum alloy material in set conduction welding area by maintaining set distance from the focus of the laser beam to the surface of the aluminum alloy material according to the signal of a distance sensor. A conduction laser welding apparatus of an aluminum blank comprises: a base plate(11); a welding table(13) which is arranged on the top of the base plate and is installed at the front and rear parts of the base plate through a support frame(15); a plurality of controlling devices(17) fixing aluminum blanks(1,2) to a clamper(19) operating with cylinder driving; a rail unit(25) which is installed to slide a guide block(33) according to a guide rail(29); a rail drive unit(35) operating the guide block according to the guide rail; a movable device(43) moving vertically according to an elevating rail; a distance sensor(57) sensing distance between the surface of the aluminum blank and a laser head(59) and outputting a signal; a tilting device controlling the angle of a tilting frame by using the torque of a motor; and a laser head irradiating the laser beam oscillated from a laser generator(75) to the surface of the aluminum blank.
